The software is able to do this through the use of screen monitoring and other interesting technology. It’s not invasive in any way but does give you valuable information that manual timesheets can’t.
How does our software help employers?
Our software includes a dashboard for employers at which they can see everything that their employees have logged.
There are sections that display the employees’ work hours from the current day, the past day, the last week, and the last month. So, employers can keep track of work hours for long enough to figure out the payroll.
Because as we all know, manual timesheets don’t always tell the exact truth, whether through human error or purposeful manipulation of it.
Our software can especially come in handy when dealing with remote workers as there is naturally very little accountability in that environment, and it makes it harder for employers to keep employees on task.
What are some unique features of our software?
One great feature of our time tracking software is that our website is mobile-friendly, and you can access it via your smartphone without any hesitation.
Our time tracker can detect the idle time, meaning the sequence of time (that can be set in the Settings section) when the user is inactive. LogWork will automatically stop and resume the time tracking when there is any keystroke or mouse action.
Another feature is that LogWork will provide 8 different types of reports: Client reports, Date range reports, Project reports, Employee reports, App usage reports, Web usage reports, Task note reports, and Timesheet reports. These reports are presented in a very easy-to-understand way.
